This 100% 3K twill weave carbon fiber plate is perfect for custom fabrication, electronics enclosures, robot chassis, and drone frames. The twill weave gives a classic carbon look while the matte surface reduces glare and fingerprints. Available in 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thicknesses.

Applications

Carbon fiber sheets are the go-to material for custom electronics enclosures, robot chassis plates, drone body panels, RC car chassis, and structural reinforcement. The stiffness-to-weight ratio is outstanding - a 3mm carbon plate is roughly half the weight of aluminum with comparable stiffness.

Cutting & Machining

Cut with a CNC router (carbide bits), jigsaw with fine blade, or score-and-snap for thin sheets. For bonding, use epoxy - scuff the surface with 120-grit sandpaper first. Avoid laser cutting as the epoxy leaves conductive residue.
