Carbon Tube Factory & Wholesale: Direct From the Line
Carbonpipe is a carbon fiber tube factory, not a trading company. We wrap, cure, cut, and ship from our own line, which means the tube you buy comes from the people who made it. If you are sourcing carbon tube in volume, here is everything you need to know about working with us directly.
What We Make
Roll wrapped 3K twill tubes from 5mm to 114mm OD in 500mm and 1000mm lengths, pultruded square tubes and strips, solid rods, and 100x250mm plate. Fifteen active sizes, stocked and cut to order. Standard tolerances run plus or minus 0.05mm on wrapped tube OD. If your drawing calls out something tighter, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
Wholesale and OEM Terms
There is no formal MOQ wall. Sample orders of a few pieces ship the same week so you can test before committing. Production runs start at twenty pieces per size, with price breaks at one hundred and five hundred. Custom lengths, diameters, and layups are quoted from drawings within two working days. Lead time is typically seven to twelve days for standard sizes, longer for tooling-dependent custom work.
We ship worldwide from China with tracked freight. Standard 500mm parcels go almost anywhere. Full 1000mm lengths ship to the US, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Payment is by PayPal with full buyer protection on every order.
